Here is the situation. We have Trend Micro OfficeScan. One server and installed on 50-60 computers. For a while we have been having issues with OfficeScan installing and then not working. One Day when going to the server to check and figuring I need to cleanly remove it and start from scratch the server also stopped working. Uninstall didn't work at all. I have been trying to work with Trend over the last week or two and so far what has been found is none of their tools work to uninstall anything and the only option seems to be manual uninstall. They do not have any form of script to do this (Unlike Symantec which does have one) and the tool they do have uses files that seem to be gone and are causing the issue in the first place. Trend's view is 'Sucks to be you but not our problem'.
So has anyone had to script the uninstall already so I don't have to start from square one or is it square one for me.
